Hi,
When a player is listed as "online" or "under peace treaty" literally 100% of the time, it's obvious they are not playing by the rules. There must be some way of identifying and thwarting these players. They make the game frustrating, not fun. They make us legitimate players consider spending our time and money elsewhere.
